I contacted Oscar Vernooij early in June 2020 to do my taxes for 2019. I explained him my situation (I work in Belgium and live in The Netherlands), and he agreed on doing my tax statement. He asked time for it because he was busy. I waited until October 2020. In the meantime, we exchanged several emails where we apologized for being too busy and he requested more time. At end, in October 2020, he told me that my case was too complicated and he refused to do the taxes. As a tax advisor, he should know before hand if doing my taxes will be complicated or not instead of making me waste 6 months of my time. Specially, my situation has nothing of special: as many cross-border commuters, I live in one country and work in another. There is nothing special about it.
