A very professional company. MR installed new window frames and sliding doors throughout our house. The upstairs was installed a few years ago, and now the downstairs is finished perfectly. Everything is perfectly finished. We deliberately chose MR again, and once again, they delivered excellent work! We are very satisfied.

We recently had MR install uPVC siding, window frames, a sliding door with a pleated screen, and electric roller shutters. All products are high-quality and look beautiful. The installers installed everything very quickly. Salesperson Michel gave us honest and clear advice. The prices are also relatively low because MR manufactures the uPVC in Halsteren. Communication and scheduling could be improved. It wouldn't hurt to send more frequent emails/updates. The installers could also be more customer-friendly (some didn't introduce themselves or left without saying goodbye, which were minor issues after all). Upon completion, it would be better if the installers assessed the finish together with the customer. We only discovered a few minor defects after the installers had left (a damaged door handle, scratches on the siding). There was also a small crack in one of the glass panes. However, the pane was replaced relatively quickly and without any problems. All in all, a positive experience.
