I had a very bad experience with this company. During a bag check, my work bag was broken by one of their security guards. After many promises of compensation or replacement, I was completely ignored during the last few attempts I tried to contact them. I was called again to ask if I could accept 25 euros after being promised a full refund. A compensation of 60 euros was offered. These people behaved very disrespectfully. I cannot recommend working with this company to anyone. I hope they will someday compensate you for the damage you caused, but I fear not. Yama has completely disappointed me with their very unprofessional behavior.
