The website comes across as friendly and informative. I just called about a minor defect in my toilet, asking if it could be repaired. What a smart aleck. I understand that the gentleman needs to inspect the defect before a quote can be made, and I am certainly willing to pay the costs for that. But because of the way I am being spoken to, I’ll call someone else. The central heating boiler needed replacing and moving. Since this is an old house, that wasn't easy. I called Mr. Moltmaker and asked him to come take a look, which he said was no problem. We were able to schedule an appointment, and he's been working here for the past three days. This took longer due to unforeseen issues with the house. It's great to see that, thanks to his experience, Mr. Moltmaker was able to quickly come up with a solution and didn't see any obstacles. It looks very neat. He's a very positive and friendly man, and if he does something different than originally planned, he'll discuss it with me first. Despite the job taking a day longer than planned, Mr. Moltmaker remained calm and friendly and helped me out so I can continue working in the house. If I have any other work to do in my house, I will definitely hire Mr. Moltmaker, and I highly recommend him if you need an experienced professional.
