In May, I contacted them to schedule an inspection. We agreed to contact them again in September, as the flat roof would be ready by then. The owner told me there was enough space and it wasn't necessary to schedule anything in advance. In September, I contacted them again to schedule an inspection. They said they'd received so many requests that we couldn't be scheduled for the coming months/this year. They didn't even have the decency to inform them of a request that could have been scheduled, or to offer the option of scheduling a time. This was especially true because, out of trust, I hadn't already scheduled an appointment in May. If you're starting a business like this, I can only advise people to stay away and find another company.
