Terrible company!! Our inverter is broken. I've been trying to get a technician out for three months now. I've called many times, and nine times out of ten, no one answers. And when someone does answer, I'm told they'll call me back, which they never do. Be warned!!!

It's like they've vanished off the face of the earth. I've sent several emails and called a few times, but they don't respond to emails, and the phone doesn't answer. What a terrible company. I hope I don't have any real problems with my installation, because I wouldn't know how to contact them. Extremely disappointing.

People, don't fall for this! This company is impossible to reach; they don't return calls, don't respond to emails or WhatsApp, and don't keep appointments (no matter how promising their words are). They don't show up. Sometimes they accidentally answer the phone and promise all sorts of things again, but the service is subpar. After the sale, no one is home. I feel ripped off. I've always been respectful and patient. Now it's over, and I'm going to warn people about these scammers.
