Of all the companies I dealt with during the renovation, this was the last one I would recommend to anyone. It was absolutely appalling. Impossible to reach, constantly making promises that the window frames would be installed tomorrow, next week, next week, and next week again. I had to wait almost twice as long because they constantly lied about the supplier messing up everything. Finally, I heard from their own installation team that they were the only one handling a larger job in Dordrecht, meaning the other customers had to wait. Once the frames and windows were installed, they promised me a new cylinder lock as compensation. I received a used, rusty set of keys, which they themselves claimed were new, with only two keys instead of the three a new set has. They'd probably taken them from somewhere else, saved them, and then installed them for me. After complaining again, they finally showed up, telling me they "don't do that and that it was definitely a new lock." Well, in the end, they replaced it with a newer lock. Once this was resolved, I received a daily text message saying, "Hi Bram, are you paying the bill? Greetings, Miral." Hopeless.

So far, we've had nothing but good experiences with this company. From the quote to the installation of the frames, everything was handled very professionally. The price-quality ratio is excellent. We will definitely order and have frames installed here again. A is available on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays.
