We installed the 6 panels in March first week in Schuytgraaf area. It's been more than 4 months and the app does not work. There has been no energy production or atleast no clue whether the panels are working or not. Update on Sep 6, 2022: After communicating with Nick van den Dam, and with the solaredge company staff, the installation was due to wrong/faulty optimizer for the panels. The optimizer was replaced on September 2nd afternoon and now the panels are working and producing energy. I appreciate the prompt response from the MijnEnergieWens and the compensation for the faulty installation.
