Scammers! Do your research thoroughly when you buy from this real estate agent. We recently bought a house with incorrect land registry information. (I'm talking about a significant number of meters!) According to our new neighbors (several people), this real estate agent was aware of this, but did NOT communicate it to us. In fact, they even put it in writing that the land registry information was correct. They were already being vague during the key handover, and now it's clear why. It was so frustrating to move into a new house and start with a neighbor dispute! If only we had communicated it, this could have been avoided. Money comes before everything else here!

As buyers, we've had to deal with this real estate agent. It's nothing but drama and miscommunication. The agent doesn't share agreements with the sellers, causing frustration for both parties. Furthermore, the agent has no idea what property he's selling or who is even authorized to sell it. He knows little to nothing about the house he's selling. And I'm not just talking about its history, but also about whether the ground floor has a concrete or wooden floor, or who owns the property. For those buying a house through this agent: do your homework and make sure you know the ins and outs. This will prevent a lot of hassle later on.

I've had experience with this real estate agent as a buyer when buying a holiday home, and I think they're truly excellent. They were very helpful and handled everything promptly. I've encountered many real estate agents, but I would highly recommend this one!

Just got a call: the appointment was cancelled. The house was sold right before our eyes. Really not trustworthy.
