A part of the combi boiler needed replacing. The gentleman went downstairs and came back, reinstalling the 3-way valve. We tested it, and it worked. €216 later. A day later, it stopped working. I emailed to say the product hadn't been replaced properly because the old one was still there. It's clearly not new, and it looks exactly like the old one I already had. The part had been replaced, and the cartridge behind it also needed replacing. This would cost €194. It's also possible that the 3-way valve needed replacing again, because the cartridge can damage the valve if it malfunctions. This could have happened now, but a new one had definitely been installed. So I didn't receive a replacement. I had a third party check what was needed, and I incurred additional costs for this. They concluded that the appliance wasn't new and needed replacing. Knowing this, I emailed a photo and again stated that this was my own part. After sending photos to Martijn Michiels, I received no response. When I called him, I was told he wouldn't look at a photo because it had been replaced, as his staff had indicated. After hearing this, I drove over and made a warranty claim. Now I have a new part, but there's a chance the system still won't work because the cartridge in the back also needs to be replaced. Expensive call-out charges, expensive prices, parts not replaced, driving me back and forth, and still no working central heating after two weeks. No apology or decency to acknowledge that nothing was replaced. Not recommended.

Where do you still find companies that simply get things done and deliver quality? I spent ages searching for an installation company willing to replace a boiler. A nightmare... 100 questions with tons of ifs and buts... no time or way too expensive... but not with Michiels. They were well-received, responded quickly, and were simply practical professionals who know how to tackle things. A new boiler within a week. Fantastic service at a great price.

Great, small-scale family business Short lines for information and service We had our entire house done 3 years ago From sewer to plumbing Heat pump installation, etc. Competitive price and everything delivered on time and installed as agreed. Even after 3 years, they still provide excellent service for questions or minor issues If you want fast and honest service, they are definitely recommended.
