We commissioned Michel Smit and his team to renovate a traditional 1930s house, as this type of home requires specialists. They completed a complete makeover of the first and second floors within the agreed timeframe and budget (a 10% price/quality ratio!). The project was completed to perfection. What craftsmanship and golden hands they displayed! From rerouting water and electrical lines and renovating a bathroom to tiling and plastering, they also carried out minor maintenance on a second bathroom and finished the walk-in closet, hardware, and locks. Michel and his team are very service-oriented and are committed to ensuring the resident can use the bathroom and other spaces in the house again as quickly as possible. Thank you so much!
