I'm really happy with the work that was done by this company. Recently I bought a volkstuin and I needed septic tanks to be checked. The worker that came did a great job opening quite heavy beton lids and checked that everything works as expected. I really appreciate the quick and high quality service.

We had a blockage in the downpipe, which also serves as the connection to our kitchen. We initially tried to fix the problem ourselves, digging up the drainpipe in the front garden on Sunday. Due to my lack of expertise, part of the underground downspout broke off, and we realized we couldn't fix it ourselves. We called Michel van Doorn on Monday, and the drain repair technicians were scheduled to arrive on Thursday. Repairing the broken drainpipe would be an interim job, so it wasn't yet clear when the repairs would take place. We contacted him briefly on Wednesday regarding the appointment, and the technician indicated that, if all went well, the repairs would also take place on Thursday. On Thursday, the drain repair technicians arrived on time and thoroughly flushed everything. They were very transparent about what they were going to do and successfully cleared the blockage. After the drain repair technicians were finished, the technician who was going to fix the drainpipe arrived. Special compliments to him. He was very polite. Even though we're about the same age, many people could learn from his approach and customer service. Even though it was very cold, he was very friendly and even suggested calling his employer to fill the hole for free, but unfortunately, he didn't. The invoice arrived Saturday (today). Michel van Doorn's price is also very reasonable. Thanks for the quick help (I hope I don't need it again).

Three weeks ago, we had a blockage. They claimed they went 28 meters into the sewer, claiming it was the municipality's fault? Another blockage after three weeks. We initially made an appointment, as it couldn't be fixed sooner than three days later. It could. However, that evening, we saw that there was an emergency service. We called them anyway and got through to Bram. We called around 7:45 PM. He immediately interrupted us to tell us that Bram was indeed from the breakdown service and asked if we could shorten the story. He then literally said, "I wouldn't leave it too late if I were you." Otherwise, he wouldn't send a technician...!? How do you, as a company, claim to be available 24/7? We had such a blockage that literally everything came back up from both the shower and toilet. All in all, I have a very bad feeling about this company. It's always difficult to find transparency in these types of companies and to continue to believe that there are honest people out there, but we don't have that feeling at all with this company.

The blockage was resolved after two visits. During the visit, we were told that the bill would include the fact that the blockage was caused by years of buildup. This is important, as we were in a rental apartment for a few weeks. Now we've received a bill that didn't mention this, meaning the bill still has to be paid in full to the housing association. Apparently, the company can't be trusted with the information on the bill/report. It's a shame that promises aren't kept. Therefore, pay close attention to the agreements made on-site and what is ultimately done.

On the evening of January 30th, the toilet stopped flushing properly. On the morning of December 31st, it even stopped. At 8:00 AM, we called Michel Doorn. Someone would be by before 10:30 AM. Mike was at the door at 9:30 AM. They'd scheduled us in between because it was an emergency. Within half an hour, it was fixed. And all of that happened during the holidays. So happy with Mike and Michel Doorn!
