I've been living in my fantastic home for over three months now, thanks in part to Leslie. Together, we've scoured numerous listings, visited neighborhoods, and viewed houses. Leslie thinks outside the box, is very dedicated, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. I would definitely recommend Leslie.

I was referred to Leslie by my mortgage advisor. He was incredibly positive about this selling agent. And... he was absolutely right! Leslie is an incredibly friendly, sociable, and very skilled selling agent. He is incredibly good at what he does and he delivers what he promises. Highly recommended as a selling agent! Unfortunately, I can't give a lower rating than this. He was the worst real estate agent I've ever encountered. He knew a lot about his personal life, friends, and how much money they had, but he didn't know important details like the location of his garden and property lines. Several family members wondered if Mendes was a real real estate agent or just a side hustle. I've never seen such a poorly written purchase agreement! I'd recommend Mendes if you want to know a lot about his personal life, but if you really want to know anything substantive about a property, I'd avoid him.

I found real estate agent Mendes to be: A friendly, easy-going, warm, and cheerful personality. He's proactive, helpful, highly professional, and offers tips and advice. He's open and honest. He presents realistically and doesn't create excessive expectations. He's always available, even outside office hours. Whether it's delivering documents yourself or a trip to the notary, nothing is too much trouble. He's patient and will calmly explain any unclear matters. He's considerate of divorcing partners and will communicate with them separately, respecting their privacy. I would definitely recommend Mr. Mendes for any home purchase or sale.
