Sadly, I have to say that my experience with this company was absolutely terrible. I made three appointments with them, and all three times they didn't show up. It's incredibly frustrating to invest time and energy in scheduling an appointment, only to be ultimately let down. To make matters worse, their communication was incredibly poor. Every time I contacted them to ask where they were, they kept me hanging, promising to be there "as soon as possible." But in the end, they never showed up, and I received no explanation or apology whatsoever. It's clear that this company has no respect for their customers' time or patience. Their lack of professionalism and reliability is completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise against ever doing business with them.

I've been trying to properly configure the heat pump for three years now. It was installed and configured incorrectly. The staff seem to have little knowledge of the matter.

Had a problem with a gas leak. The technician arrived quickly and correctly identified the cause. The problem was resolved afterward, and it only took 45 minutes. Everything was retested and checked. Very satisfied with the company.

What fantastic service! We just had a major leak just outside our radiator due to freezing. The Meijer team arrived very quickly and repaired everything, thawed it, and checked it! EXCELLENT!!!!
