We're thrilled with our new bathroom. The tiles and furniture complement each other perfectly, and the end result is exactly what we wanted. When we ran out of tiles, David even helped us out with some from his own stock. We're truly thrilled with the final result, and we're very satisfied.

DON'T DO IT!!!! It's absolutely terrible and not recommended at all. This process is a textbook example of how not to do things: agreements are made, expectations are raised, and then delivery consistently fails. The planning was completely derailed and took 1.5 years to complete, while it should have been 2 weeks. The promised turnaround time didn't even come close to reality. What should have been a relatively straightforward job turned into a never-ending file full of delays, defects, and fix after fix. It truly culminated in a major tragedy for our young family. The commercial director, David, came up with excuse after excuse, and we were left to fend for ourselves. He assigned us a contractor, and they had absolutely no idea what they were doing. We were given every excuse, and to top it all off, the contractor didn't even answer his phone. It's truly hopeless; save yourself the trouble. The quality of the work and its monitoring were extremely poor. Problems kept recurring, and issues weren't resolved properly the first time, meaning we constantly have to repeat the same thing. The communication was particularly frustrating: vague, inconsistent, and often only after repeated insistence. As a customer, you don't feel taken seriously and have to monitor, document, and pursue everything yourself. Due to the lack of a normal delivery, I had to incur additional costs and arrange emergency solutions that could have been completely avoided. And as if that weren't enough, the project isn't truly finished yet, and a specific repair point is still outstanding. In short: many promises, little results, and far too much hassle for something that should have been resolved professionally and efficiently. Save yourself the hassle and choose a company that actually honors its agreements.

I've never written a review before, but the stress of this renovation makes me warn others: Worst experience ever with a company. Numerous errors in the process (incorrect measurements, too few tiles delivered, etc.), followed by a complete lack of accountability, and no proactive steps to resolve or compensate for errors. They actually had to threaten legal action. All branches are owned and staffed by the same people, so check the reviews for the other locations as well.
