Very little choice for a shop called "Mega". Vendors not pro-active and the best advice we've got was to look on Internet.

We received very pleasant and friendly service from Marten Kamerling, who was very helpful and provided excellent advice. It's a beautiful and well-organized store with a wide selection. We also appreciated their patience and lack of pressure. We would definitely recommend Mega Bathrooms.

Absolutely terrible and unprofessional!!! This company doesn't deserve a single star, the way they made our lives miserable. We awarded them the contract (all materials, including installation) for a new bathroom, but ended up in a horror movie... Even though they hadn't started five months after the scheduled start, we had to chase everything ourselves. Then they sent an "installer" they didn't know, and he caused more damage than he repaired. After more than six months of demolition and renovation, only a small section had been tiled (!), and they usually didn't show up. But Mega still didn't take our misery seriously and simultaneously used this same "installer" for another client's bathroom renovation. It was scandalous how they let us muddle through; we even had to hire a lawyer to get Dennis and David to fulfill their obligations. In the end, our dilapidated bathroom and toilet had to be demolished again (absolutely nothing had been done correctly, and this had serious consequences) and rebuilt by another man. All in all, we've been in this mess for over a year and a half... with all the consequences! It's cost us a tremendous amount of stress, misery, and extra money. Mega could have prevented this by intervening sooner. Unfortunately, they don't understand service, don't honor their agreements, and take no responsibility. We haven't even received an apology or a bouquet of flowers, nor any understanding for our patience and miserable situation... We now have a decent bathroom and toilet, but we're leaving it at that; we're completely done with Mega and want to close this bad book. But we wouldn't wish this on anyone, so be warned. I actually came across Mega's response (a year later) and wanted to comment on it because you're so "open" to feedback... Your "solution" is to blame the customer. And you never adequately responded to our feedback. We only accepted the paltry settlement because we were exhausted by the lack of understanding, the prolonged struggle, and the feeling of no longer feeling "at home" in our own home. Well, you can really be proud of your "service" and "professionalism," if this is what you mean by "taking your customers seriously." Don't make me laugh.

Dennis at Mega in Soest was incredibly helpful. He was very helpful, offered alternatives if we didn't like something, and took all the time to design our dream bathroom. Currently, it's only on the computer, but hopefully, we'll see it in person very soon.
