Our experience with Meddens and van Ree was moderately positive. A technician had to return once because the problem wasn't resolved correctly. It happens, it's human work. That's not my biggest complaint, though, because ultimately, the technical aspects were resolved properly. The negative experience was mainly due to the invoices we received. Having a technician return isn't a big deal. Sending another invoice for it wasn't very polite. Calling back and receiving a credit was a hassle. It was resolved, but it was a hassle. We recently had a technician come by. They were there for an hour and then contacted Remeha, who resolved the problem. We're happy. We were less pleased with the invoice for 1 hour and 45 minutes (we don't charge call-out fees... no, but we do charge a very generous travel time and mileage allowance!). In short, I have no complaints about the technicians' technical knowledge and friendliness. Be aware that if you don't live in Nijkerk, you'll pay for travel time and mileage allowance! Response to the owner's response: Dear Sir/Madam, I've called several times, including today. Two weeks ago, I was supposed to receive a call back; it didn't happen. So I sent an email myself. They replied to it, but it didn't mention that I could view the mileage registration (and timesheets). My response to your email went unanswered. Today, I discussed the matter with someone from administration (Friday, April 8, 2022; 12:15 PM) (very friendly), and she consulted with one of the owners (Jos Meddens). There was no opportunity to discuss this unreasonable invoice. I even suggested remaining a customer with M&R. The policy remained: pay the invoice. I've just done that and will no longer use your services.
