Mijn heteluchtinstallatie was oud en bracht geen warmte meer in huis. Omdat het nu sneeuwt en flink vriest was dat heel vervelend. Na contact te hebben genomen, is er ondanks de drukte binnen 3 dagen een afspraak gemaakt en had ik 3 dagen later twee vriendelijke en kundige mannen in huis. (Ondanks de gladheid keurig op tijd!!!) Een aantal uren later had ik een prachtige nieuwe installatie en was mijn huis binnen no time weer warm! Kinderen blij, ik blij. Mijn complimenten!!

During the maintenance of my Brink hot-air heating system, a problem was discovered, which was professionally resolved. You do need to give the company time to handle things properly, as they often rely on third parties. All in all, a positive experience.

Poor communication with potential clients. I contacted them two weeks before the summer holidays (week 29), and they said they would contact me after the holidays. It's now week 42 and nothing but radio silence, which speaks volumes to me as a client.

Due to an error on Mebatherm's part, I had to wait a very long time for a part of the product to be replaced. Mebatherm was very rigid and couldn't offer any support, even though we had incurred a significant expense with new solar panels and a new central heating boiler. I'm very dissatisfied with how the problem was handled.
