I completed a coaching program with Albert to improve my communication skills. It was a very interesting process, where we focused on thinking patterns and how I can reshape them so I can respond differently in certain situations. It was a real eye-opener for me, and I always felt safe with Albert, allowing me to share my stories and thoughts openly and honestly. This resulted in wonderful and profound conversations and new insights. After just a few sessions, I noticed a clear difference in my daily life (both personal and professional) and am very grateful to Albert for the new skills I learned with his help.

I had a very informative and enjoyable STARR training. Marielle is incredibly friendly and is great at sharing her experience. With lots of examples and practical documents (which we were able to review beforehand), I got the most out of the training. I went into the job interviews well-prepared.

After I'd run into problems in my position, I turned to Mariëlle for a career development program. I really enjoyed talking and working with Mariëlle. Her listening, personal, and open demeanor, combined with a practical and motivating approach, were a perfect fit for my needs. Together, we structured my questions, mapped out my interests and competencies, and I also received plenty of practical tips on applying for jobs. I haven't yet figured out what I want and can do, but a seed has been planted, and with Mariëlle's motivation and tips, I can now move forward on my own.
