We received excellent service from Marcel; he's friendly and helpful. Our old boiler had broken down. We called, and he came that same day and got it working. Later, we had a new boiler installed; the old one needed replacing. This was done efficiently.

He doesn't keep his appointments, and he's not honest about it! The technician supposedly rang my doorbell, but he didn't (this isn't even reflected on my intercom). When I asked the technician why he didn't call my mobile, he reacted very rudely. He said I should find someone else because he didn't have time. It's truly unacceptable that someone is being so rude to a potential customer. Extremely unprofessional!!
