Be careful! Look for other certified and professional movers, not them! Reckless moving, unprofessional behaviour, very bad bad terms and conditions only to their advantage, inexistent “complaint department”. They have an insurance but it seems bullshit, since they do not respond to damages (I really think the responsible person for refunds does not even exist). The movers did not wrap anything in blankets/foil as they claim they should do. They managed to scratch and damaged every single piece of furniture, as well as walls and stairs in the old house and in the new one. They even manage to break a corner of a bedside table while bringing it downstairs… how reckless can you be to breakeven a bedside table smaller than yourself?! They did not complete the moving, since they did not rebuilt anything in the new house, except the bed (see picture how they left our sofa in the house). They did not have proper tools, so I had to give them my tools to disassemble/assemble furniture, and of course they “lost” them… unbelievable… The main reason we hired them was to move the washing machine and a big and heavy dining table. The washing machine was moved but they did not want to connect it (although is within their duty), while for the big table, the 4 movers did 2 attempts and said it was impossible and they left it there (the day after, 2 friends of mine alone brought it downstairs in 10 minutes without damaging anything…). We also wasted time with the movers, because they were provided with incomplete information (only half of the list) and they would bring up pointless things like “luggages are not boxes”, while we were told that luggages would be treated as boxes. The moving took about 9 hours instead of the 3,5/4 hours mentioned. So, I had even to help myself to finish within the day. To be fair, this is also because on the same day 3 people called in sick and the owner looked for replacements. Sent only 2 people with incomplete information and 2 additional ones only in the afternoon (from another company, and they also complained on how unprofessional is Maximaal Gemak). Never even tried discussing about changing the date of the moving. What is amazing is the fact that they have 15+ years of experience, and they never made an emergency/backup plan, nor they learnt how to deal with customers. They offered me 35 € “goodwill” discount out of a 2 k€ bill!!! then 50 € and finally 150 € mentioning that I had 1 day to pay it otherwise they would take legal actions. Of course, 150 € is not covering the damages to the whole furniture, the fact I had to work myself, my “lost” tools, and the fact that they didn’t finish what was promised. I did lot of moving myself, with friends, even bigger than this, and these were performed much better than how they did it. Unbelievable. It was supposed to be a moving without getting tired and thinking of anything, it turned out to be a disaster and more energy consuming. In my opinion, it was a maximaal geschijt. To follow up on your answer: - No, you did not wrap anything, you did not protect any of the furniture. - About the washing machine, citing your General Terms and Conditions: "9.14 - The Client must demonstrate, in the presence of the movers, that the television, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, refrigerator, lamps, and hi-fi system are functioning properly. If the Client fails to do so or is unable to demonstrate this to the Contractor, the Contractor shall be liable for all damages." Again, I really feel this is all a joke. 150 € for damaging literally everything and loosing my tools... I hope one day you will get professional and, I have to say (imo) honest.

Het contact verliep telefonisch, zo ook doorgegeven wat er verhuisd moet worden. Vervolgens vlot een offerte ontvangen. Wijzigingen of aanpassingen in wat er verhuisd moet worden kan ik evt ook nog achteraf doorgeven, is de afspraak. Er zal dan wel enige aanpassing in de offerte worden doorgevoerd.

De verhuizing was top. Leuke en vriendelijke jongens. Ze hebben tot kwart voor 8 flink doorgewerkt. Ik was dus heel blij. Tot de volgende ochtend. Er is op mijn oude adres veel blijven staan, als 2 stellingkasten, een haard, 3 grote opbergdozen, een vloerkleed, de afstandbediening van mijn telefoon, mijn fruitschaal en nog veel kleine spullen enz enz. Dat was een enorme domper. Ik moet nu met een vriend die spullen nog op gaan halen. Stond niet op de lijst kreeg ik te horen. Dit vind ik niet goed, dus.

Al ruim van te voren hebben we de verhuisdozen ontvangen. Op de dag van de verhuizing was Maximaal gemak met 4 verhuizer en 2 wagens stipt op de afgesproken tijd aanwezig. De mannen hebben keihard gewerkt. Petje af voor deze toppers!

De verhuizers waren hele prettuge mensen. Dat er toch iets fout is gegaan, ligt waarschijnlijk ook aan mijzelf . Ik ga morgen een dag naar Drenthe om de dozen met zomerkleding oo te halen. Later de rest.

De gehele verhuizing verliep vlekkenloos, maar 1 persoon liep buiten de boot, opdrachten die mijn vrouw en ik aan hem gaven werd niet geheel uitgevoerd, voor de rest hebben we een goede verhuis dag gehad.

Verhuizing an sich was netjes uitgevoerd. Helaas werd wel schade gereden tegen mijn personenauto die maar moeizaam opgelost werd. TIP: zet je auto ver weg van de verhuiswagen plaats, anders loop je kans dat je schade oploopt door de verhuiswagen.
