They responded very quickly when our back door was broken. They come checking and measuring, and told us that they’ll try to replace our broken door as early as possible. They eventually did as they promised. They are very professional and replaced the door with half hour. Thanks for all the effort and we a tree still happy with our new door.

I called and as soon as I asked if they can speak English I was told that they are not interested to deal with foreigners and hung up, in perfect English... So not professional, I am not asking to speak English but at least try and maybe get someone that can. horrible racist attitude.

We installed windows nine years ago. We were left with a door that wouldn't close properly. We contacted a contractor at the time, who said the frame was fine, but the window was incorrectly installed. We called in Martens, who said the window was fine, but the frame was incorrect. Nine years later, due to an insurance issue, another company replaced another window. They immediately acknowledged that the door window hadn't been installed properly and were so friendly and helpful that they resolved the issue immediately. Within five minutes, we had a door that wouldn't close properly and was drafty for years with these new uPVC frames because this supplier had installed it poorly and didn't resolve the issue. Not recommended!

I rarely write reviews, but this company deserves one! They're incredibly friendly and skilled professionals. You can make an appointment with them. They replaced our glass just inches past the plaster, and everything went smoothly. Very happy with this company.
