Unfortunately, I can only give one star. I must say that the contact has always been friendly and polite. The dormer window was installed two years ago, but unfortunately, it didn't bring our attic the results we expected. According to the "experts" at Manteau, the headroom couldn't be increased beyond our desired height, and we fully trusted them. Unfortunately, we now have a €15,000 dormer at the back of the house that is too low—so low that I can't even walk up it myself—while a competitor installed a beautiful dormer with much higher headroom. In addition, the carpenters from the other company noted that leaks could occur due to loose roofing. This leads us to suspect they have little experience with this type of work. In short: our beautiful attic didn't turn out as we'd hoped.

We received excellent assistance with purchasing our window frames. It took a while for the frames to be installed, but the result is fantastic. The installers who installed them did a great job and reported some damage upon completion, which was promptly repaired. Fantastic!

We had a beautiful, large dormer window installed. Communication was excellent, and the service was top-notch. Everything was completed neatly. A few minor issues were also resolved.
