He worked with us in English and made sure we were well informed at every stage of the process, he ensured a speedy sale, and secured us a good price. I was particularly impressed with his knowledge of the current market conditions, and his advice from the beginning of the process turned out to be excellent. There were some delays with the buyer (not the fault of the makelaar at all), and we were given good advice and kept informed throughout that process.
