Very much unsatisfied with their collaboration and their services. Despite their high service price compared to their competitors they have very poor experience in being honest and transparent. they signed a contract with me which nothing was written there in terms of their tasks and responsibilities. During my research for house hunting it was me who had to search for house and the funniest part was that I had to send them link waiting for more than a week then again poke them in whatsapp to maybe hear any feedback. Finally I found a house by myself went there alone for the 1st time took some photos and sent them. Only after that I got some feedback from. my broker who supposed to find a house for me. To make the story short, after all not only they didn't step forward to reduce their compensation as they didn't find the house for me but despite my request they tried to ignore my demand as long as they could. They always tend to not reply to the emails and always give promises only via phone. as I had in parallel a rental contract I was hesitating to buy a house in between, they insured me again via telephone "that this is the last topic I have to be worried about and the solution for that will be very easy". But instead once I signed the purchase contract they disappeared telling me they can't interfere with the rental agency and it's only me to solve this issue. Not to mention they didn't do a minimum effort to at least make a desired date for purchase deed. And all this happened despite my various emails and request couple of months a head of that period. So thanks to their negative advisory collaboration I had more problems to solve. 1- Paying them for the problems they caused me 2- Paying for two months both for mortgage and rental house as the deed date was almost right after purchase decision without considering my rental situation. 3- going in unpleasant discussion with them to convince them they are not deserved for full compensation. 4- Also they sent me an email threatening me with all private information they knew from me to push me paying them for full. I hope this review could help anyone who wants to start a collaboration with them.

We got a house with their help! Ernst and Ed were wonderful and understood exactly what type of home we need. They also gave us great advice on locations and where it would be perfect for us. Ed came with us for the viewing and was extremely patient with us. They are experienced with expats and make us feel comfortable throughout the process.
