Great experience from A to Z and across the whole team (which is rare). The team was thoughtful, not pushy, super reactive and all very nice. We were selling a house and the team helped us to market it in a very nice way. The quality of the communication was excellent and the follow up after the visits was very professional and transparent with us. I totally recommend this estate agent. They are helpful, human and pro.

Writing from a tenant’s perspective: review by my landlord’s request was done quickly, however the company member felt quite rude, with disregard to the fact that I’m still living in the evaluated apartment for some time. Left a very unpleasant impression from communicating throughout the process.

Unfortunately, it's not worth more stars. The real estate agent came by to give me an estimate of the sale value. The agent had written down the wrong address and was apparently at the door somewhere else. I didn't receive a message from his office about this until fifteen minutes after the appointment time. The viewing of the house ultimately went ahead, and that went smoothly. But then I didn't receive a message/report about the property, even though I'd promised one. After two weeks, I called the office, saying they would pass it on to the person in question. Unfortunately, another week has passed and I still haven't received anything. I don't want a real estate agent who doesn't keep their promises. It's a shame it ended this way. Not recommended.

Michelle was my selling agent. She was very personable, not overly optimistic (which prevents disappointment), and was very helpful. I also had complete confidence in her taking good care of the cat during the viewings, as she was very stressed. What I also appreciated was that she genuinely wanted to see the buyers happy, which naturally made the sale even more enjoyable. A great selling agent who truly cares about the client and takes the time to listen! Thanks, Michelle!
