Van der Houwen Real Estate helped me tremendously with the purchase of my home. Juliët played a particularly important role, but Lies also regularly helped me through the app. Because a lot of communication was via WhatsApp, I sometimes didn't know exactly who I was talking to, but I always made good and quick progress. What I especially appreciated was their proactive approach. For example, they pointed me to a house I had actually written off on Funda. I went to see it anyway, and that's the house I ended up buying. Looking back, I'm very glad they pointed me in that direction.
