We took a day off, went from Eindhoven to Texel because we where interested in a chalet. So we made an appointment and when we arrived, this arrogant broker told us this specific chalet was already sold, but let's go on to see the alternatives....He knew this already days before our appointment, but did not contact us otherwise we could have spared us a 7 hours trip to Texel. Excuses like, "he had a day off" and "he lost our telephone number" and even " His computer was down so he could not sent us an email" where brought up by this clown. He didn't make the best deal for the seller, because by not letting us know this object was under bid we did not have the opportunity to bid more than the other seller. We would have bid 105% of the asking price in case nessecary and this object is finally sold lower than the asking price...NEVER EVER AGAIN Makelaardij Texel Vastgoed.
