A year ago, Mr. E was our buying agent. We were very surprised that he did not honor his agreements with us. If we noticed anything, he would take care of it!! We had not had a structural inspection carried out and (stupid as we were) relied on trust. That trust was severely damaged by him. 1 year later and 12,000 euros poorer, we do not trust any agent from Struijk en Struijk. As soon as legal assistance was engaged, he disappeared from the picture. To this day, we have heard nothing from him. If you want to sell your house, he is the man for you, but if he wants to sell you something, you shouldn't hire him. Beware!!!
