I requested and had the appraisal carried out by Stenfert Makelaars Ochten. Initial contact with Sikke was excellent, and the inspection was quick and easy. The website states that you will receive the appraisal report within 3 days. This ultimately turned out to be 5 business days, and the time between approval of the appraisal and delivery of the report was 9 days. The appraisal report provided was excellent as far as I can tell. After receiving the appraisal report, I requested changes to the report. This was agreed upon by phone, but to date, I have not received an updated appraisal report. Disappointing.
