He was professional, made clear agreements, negotiated a clear price, engaged a good media professional, and provided excellent guidance throughout the sale, including the appropriate valuation. The apartment sold quickly, even though a comparable apartment elsewhere on the street was still for sale a month later through a different agent. I'm satisfied!

This real estate agent is dishonest and can be bribed. He appraised my own home without my permission because he was influenced by my ex-husband's money, which he paid to this dishonest agent through his lawyer. He appraised the property €50,000 less than the market value and lower than the WOZ value, then distorted the WOZ value to reflect the market value. Highly not recommended!!!
