In 2014, A. Jalving appraised our farmhouse on behalf of the NAM (Dutch Real Estate Agency). He later worked for Lagro Ebens. Later, E.B. van Hasselt, during a second appraisal by the NAM, performed a reappraisal on behalf of the NAM. The difference with comparable properties is that our former home was appraised almost €300,000 too low compared to similar properties. One star is too much. I know what I'm talking about because I was a Registered Real Estate Appraiser myself and am still a certified real estate agent. Now, 12 years later, this case is still ongoing. The Public Prosecution Service may decide whether there is fraud, misrepresentation, etc., but I will leave that to the Public Prosecution Service.

I had a house appraised for purchase. I could easily request the appraisal via the website and then sign the contract via email. A few days later, I received a call informing me that the appraisal was almost complete. They also asked if I was aware that the central heating boiler was leased, rather than owned, as listed on Funda. The estate agent had already informed me about this, but it was still nice that the appraiser double-checked! The time between requesting the report and receiving it was only 4 business days (6 days total). All in all, excellent and fast service, and even at a reasonable price!
