The service was always friendly and courteous. The staff are knowledgeable and helped me make various choices, including mortgages and various insurance policies. There was always time for questions and to consider the options. They also provided valuable input on the various options. I called on Tuesday and was promised a viewing appointment. I texted again on Friday, asking if it had slipped through the cracks, but received no response. Apparently, the Erdman company is so successful that they can simply ignore potential house buyers. We'll skip them when searching for a home. We received absolutely no response afterward, not even a "sorry, something went wrong."
