Aart was fantastic in helping us buy a house in Rilland. We ran into some problems, and he resolved them efficiently and quickly, allowing us to proceed with the purchase. The initial meeting was at our home, and he took the time to explain clearly how we would proceed and what was needed. We had a great working relationship; he gave honest advice and was proactive in every aspect. Aart and his son were pleasant to work with, both by phone and at his office. Aart de Groot denkt goed mee in de behoeften en heeft me heel goed geinformeerd over (on)mogelijkheden over de aankoop van een bedrijfspand. Ik voel me heel goed geholpen in de zoektocht naar een geschikt bedrijfspand. Met (nogmaals) veel dank!!

Personally, I find the real estate agent difficult to reach. The viewing of the property went well, and any outstanding questions were answered promptly. But having to wait over two weeks to hear anything after submitting an offer is not pleasant.

For several weeks now, we've been requesting a viewing for a property listed with de Groot Real Estate. We've provided our contact information several times, but so far, no response. In my opinion, it's also unpleasant for the seller if they miss out on a potential buyer. In conclusion, this isn't the service you'd expect from a real estate agent.
