Ad Hamers Real Estate Agency has always been very helpful in both selling and purchasing my home. Questions are answered quickly, and you receive friendly yet professional assistance. That's why I don't understand why Justin Smeets left a bad review. As the seller, I can confirm that the situation described isn't entirely accurate. We did negotiate the interest rate, but at that point, nothing was finalized; we hadn't signed the purchase agreement yet. You also indicated that you wanted a building inspection report and therefore wanted to wait before signing the contract. (This was only after the second viewing, and you could have included in the contract that you could also cancel the agreement after the report if it was negative.) Without a contract, we, as the seller, also have no certainty that you will buy the house. We also gave you plenty of time to arrange everything. In the current market, you can't afford to do anything else. Well, if someone comes along and immediately buys the house, without any conditions, then you know what you're getting. I understand it's frustrating to miss out (I've experienced that myself), but in this case, you waited too long. In my opinion, Ad and his team have done a great job for you for these reasons.

I had a very bad experience buying a house that was for sale through Ad Hamers. We had a verbal purchase agreement. We were even willing to pay an interest fee since the deed wouldn't be executed until January. We had agreed to a structural survey. When we scheduled this, Ad Hamers suddenly suggested a different buyer, and the house was also awarded to him. A strange course of action for an NVM real estate agent.

Excellent real estate agent! They were incredibly helpful with selling our house and buying our new one. Excellent guidance and communication. The photoshoot was also a great success and looked fantastic, showcasing all aspects. Highly recommended if you're looking to sell your house and buy/rent a new one.
