An unpleasant and very disinterested man. He completely ignored our story during our viewing of a house in Hoevelaken. His unpleasant attitude made our viewing unpleasant. And this negatively impacted the feeling you get with such a house. Because of this, we decided to move on.

Mr. Van de Bor rents out rooms in several properties in Nijkerk, all of which are in deplorable condition. Filthy and filthy. Mold growth throughout the property is detrimental to health. There are no smoke detectors in any room. Leaks along window and door frames. Open electrical wires near the shower and washing machine. Faulty hinges and locks. Deferred maintenance. At the beginning of the rental period, no inventory is prepared. However, Mr. Van de Bor does expect a key deposit to be deposited in his account immediately upon moving in. However, this is prohibited by Dutch law under Article 7:264 of the Dutch Civil Code. This law was created to protect tenants and prevent landlords from abusing the tight housing market. At the end of the rental period, no inspection report is prepared, with mutual consent, and a period within which the tenant can repair any defects. Mr. van de Bor fails to repay the key money, or only partially, for improper reasons and with all sorts of fallacies, thus creating a lucrative profit model. He hides behind the fact that the rental is not from the real estate agent van de Bor, but from Mr. van de Bor himself. However, this is the same person. After repeated email exchanges, a registered letter, and a phone call, Mr. van de Bor refuses to meet his financial obligations.

Another incredibly wonderful experience! In 2019, I had a wonderful experience selling my parents' house; they were so helpful, easily accessible, and willing to advise and explain things. I also received quick, clear, and professional assistance from this team with the appraisal for the purchase of my current home in 2020. So, for the purchase of a piece of pastureland at the end of 2020, I contacted Aart van den Bor again (because the notary suddenly wanted an appraisal report earlier that week due to the market value and transfer tax, and the transfer, etc., was already finalized). I called and explained my challenge, and they arranged everything in a single day! This real estate agent comes up with a high—unrealistic—asking price. And with the first buyer he comes along, he essentially drops to whatever they're willing to pay to get rid of your house as quickly as possible. If something unexpected happens, Aart immediately sides with the buyer, all to avoid losing his commission. He's terribly arrogant when you confront him about his behavior or when you ask him to represent you as the seller (which you pay a lot of money for). I'll never do business with him again.

Very pleasant collaboration with the sale of parents' house. Diane is easy to reach. She listens well. Paperwork is handled smoothly. The house was sold quickly to our full satisfaction. Good photos and video. Super job!!!
