Very friendly and quick service. I bought a new house and didn't have a contract yet. Suddenly, the central heating started leaking. After contacting them and providing them with some photos, Madri explained exactly what was wrong. Everything was neatly fixed within a week. I immediately signed up for a maintenance contract. The shut-off valve in the meter box for outdoor taps also turned out to be stuck. The men took it out immediately, without any hassle.

They came by a few times to "repair" the boiler, then replaced very expensive parts, which wasn't necessary at all. After reporting the problem, I sent another email, which my contact person didn't respond to at all. Three weeks ago, I contacted them to have a new boiler installed; they promised to provide a quote, but they never did. Ultimately, I sent an email to cancel my contract, which they didn't respond to either... great service.

We were happy with our previous house for years (central heating). Now we have a heat pump, which unfortunately they don't do. We did have a hot-fill boiler installed, and the service was excellent, and the technician installed it neatly. Everything as agreed.
