⭐ 1 star, because 0 stars isn't possible via Google! Our experience with Madern Techniek Veenendaal was utterly disappointing and scandalous. We visited a client of ours in January 2022, shortly after their new business opened. We were already told then that the heating wasn't working, despite the recent installation by Madern Techniek. We thought this would be a temporary problem that would be resolved quickly, but nothing could be further from the truth. In July 2022, we visited the same client again, and to our surprise, the air conditioning wasn't working either. This was in the middle of summer, a crucial time for their patisserie, where temperature control is essential. The client told us that Madern Techniek had already visited several times, but the problems still hadn't been resolved. Last weekend (July 20, 2024, with the installation scheduled for December 9, 2021), we visited again, and guess what: the air conditioning still isn't working! It's been almost two and a half years, and this entrepreneur is still struggling with a non-functioning heating unit and air conditioning, despite an investment of a whopping €18,000! It's completely unacceptable that Madern Techniek leaves its customers in the cold like this. The equipment doesn't work as promised, and customer service offers no solutions. This has caused our customer enormous additional costs in both winter and summer. With a heavy heart and tears in their eyes, they told us the whole story. It's truly heartbreaking for an entrepreneur who worked incredibly hard to get back on their feet after the coronavirus crisis, only to have to deal with a company like Madern Techniek causing a third wave of the coronavirus pandemic. A very serious matter! The fact that this matter is now in court demonstrates the seriousness of the situation. We strongly advise everyone against doing business with Madern Techniek Veenendaal. Their product quality and customer service are far below par. Avoid this company at all costs!

We had Madern Techniek install an air conditioner in our home. They carefully inspected everything beforehand and explained the options available to us. A few weeks later, they arrived at our doorstep and began the installation. The technicians were extremely friendly and worked quickly. After a few hours, the air conditioner was installed, and we were able to enjoy it. Excellent service! Thanks, Madern!

Called 7 weeks ago, had to send an email, had the air conditioning maintenance done, heard nothing more. Called again 2 weeks ago and haven't heard anything since. I find that rude of that company.

Their website mentions their collaboration with De Toren Hoorn. They installed a heat recovery unit. The apartment is vacant. The entire heat recovery unit fell down! Imagine getting it on your head. The underfloor heating was also connected incorrectly (mirrored).
