What started as a disaster ended in something beautiful. Multiple leaks in the bathroom are news nobody wants. That's how I met Mo; a plumber who was supposed to come and assess the situation. Little did I know then that Mo had so much more to offer. He was honest and to the point: he explained the possibilities and was transparent about the success rate of each option. We chose the option where he was willing to guarantee 100% success: a complete renovation. Mo always communicated clearly and was always available. He always responded like a charm to unforeseen situations (illness/miscommunication) and ensured the work could continue, working towards the final result. Nothing was too much trouble for Mo! I could say so much more about how positive my experience was throughout the entire process, but a picture tells a thousand words.

I initially contacted MAA Plumbers because of a leak in the downstairs toilet. They fixed the leak very quickly and provided excellent advice on the cause. A few weeks later, they helped me with a complete toilet renovation and a new sewer connection. The job went very smoothly; communication with the foreman was excellent. They even came by ad hoc a few times to help me with various issues, and they provided excellent support with the insurance company. I'm very satisfied with the work and would definitely recommend them!

They neatly shut off and removed the gas supply to my kitchen. The work was done quickly, professionally, and cleanly, and for a very reasonable price compared to other plumbers.
