When you talk about craftsmanship, you're talking about Marc. A true, true professional, as they say. Marc took on the job of restoring our living room and closing up and concealing the skylights. Subsidence had caused significant cracks in the walls and ceiling, and Marc was asked to neatly repair them. Since we were already working on the roof, we immediately asked him to tackle the skylights as well. While working on the roof, Marc also discovered a mistake made by the installers who had installed our solar panels. Without us having to ask, he contacted the supplier to resolve it—simply because he had previously given us advice about our solar panels and the technical systems behind them. That's typical of Marc: he thinks beyond the scope of his own project. With clear agreements, transparent communication, and a healthy dose of customer service, Marc restored our walls and ceilings to perfect condition. The professionals he brought in to help were all top-notch. As Marc himself says: "I want to be sure things are done right." What truly sets Marc apart is the confidence he exudes and the cleanliness with which he works. I've never experienced so little cleaning after a renovation. Everything was neatly tidied up and left tidy. I would highly recommend Marc to anyone who wants to have their renovation done without stress. Incredibly good service! I had a problem with my high-efficiency boiler. Even though Mark didn't really have time and I wasn't a (regular) customer, he worked around the clock to help me anyway! Superb service.
