LWM Makelaar is the best broker for buying or selling the house. we bought the house via him and it was very easy. he was flexible, suggesting right things and also even shared details of contractor for renovation. He was reachable easily on phone/emails. definitely recommend him to someone who is looking to sell or buy the house:)

We had arranged a house viewing with LWM Makelaadij for 1:00 PM and arrived punctually 5 minutes early. Despite our arrival, we waited in vain for over 30 minutes – no one showed up. Several attempts to contact them by phone went unanswered. What's particularly frustrating is that the appointment was even confirmed by P. Streutjens the day before. Such unprofessional behavior and lack of communication are completely unacceptable to us. We unfortunately cannot recommend this real estate agent.

When we bought our new house, Paul was the selling agent. He promised to keep everything transparent and free of any nonsense, and he truly lived up to that promise. That's not the norm for real estate agents, so that's incredibly valuable in this industry. Kudos for the excellent service and clear communication. Everything was handled incredibly quickly and efficiently! Highly recommended!
