In December 2023 I bought beautiful tiles, but when I opened one of the boxes all the tiles were broken. I contacted the store and no service was possible, service or money back were out of the question, do not go there.

The service was excellent; we'd already made our choice before we arrived. We saw the tiles on someone's Facebook page. We also received some good advice and recommendations. Now we're waiting to see the result, but we have no doubts about it!

Great service and availability. Reliable! Uses quality products. The price-performance ratio is excellent. Large (1mx1m) and small tiles were laid perfectly. Excellent caulking work. Completely satisfied – thank you for the beautiful end result.

The service and quality are extremely poor. They don't use the correct resources and tools. And they don't work according to the instructions. We had another company finish it. The photos speak for themselves. We'll never go back to Lutterman B.V.

I can't say much about their tiles. I can say, however, that they (Citroën van ?-?? 6-LT) push forward in a rather unfriendly manner on the way to the ferry on Texel. I understand it's busy, but that doesn't give you the right to push forward.
