Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience with Lugters, and after a year, I had my roof replaced again by a professional roofer. It started as a small leak, but the plastic roof would have been better replaced entirely with bitumen. However, they couldn't properly seal the connections. This resulted in a significant increase in leaks, which became visible in every room of the house. The roof wasn't properly sealed or secured, and there were power outages due to incorrectly drilled holes. The house's ventilation was also disrupted by the wrong diameter connections. After a year of tinkering, I had a new roof installed, and I haven't had a leak since. They're certainly good at minor repairs, but it's best to have your roof replaced by a knowledgeable roofer.
