A little too much pride and ego. Maybe for the right reasons but one has to understand that when you’re in the house selling business (no matter even if in a sellers market like here) one has to be a little empathetic to buyers’ challenges. They did have some great reviews and my Dutch friends did advise me to connect but did not work out for us. All the best!
