I do not recommend this company as they provide incompetent advice, do not offer solutions to solve the occurred problem, and leave you in the dark in terms of communication. Based on the advice from this company, we purchased a bathroom radiator. We specifically inquired about installation services but the representative assured us that the radiator would fit seamlessly and that this company does not offer installation services. However, when we attempted to install it, we discovered that it did not fit as promised. Removing the old radiator had unintended consequences resulting in no hot water. We had to urgently seek a service provider to fix the water pressure issue and they installed the radiator. This resulted in unexpected costs. After we reached out to them with the request to reimburse the costs, they refused to refund but also could not offer any other solution. They stopped eventually responding to our emails and we have never heard back from them. This incident was a very negative experience and we cannot recommend this company.

We bought our kitchen and bathroom here. We received exceptionally friendly service. The salesperson wasn't pushy and was very helpful. He clearly had extensive expertise and offered honest advice. It took a while, but everything was resolved professionally. They believe it's crucial that customers leave satisfied. We now enjoy a beautiful bathroom and kitchen every day! Afterward, we went back to ask a question and were immediately recognized and greeted. Customers are clearly not just a number here.

We received excellent assistance with a beautiful design for our new bathroom. We spent countless hours searching for the best tile combinations with Paolo. We also received practical tips. We've now been enjoying a beautiful bathroom for two months. There was one issue with calculating the number of tiles, and we came up significantly short. This was resolved relatively quickly. The installation was done by our own contractor.
