The insurance company sent Wisman over after a leak. The man was on the roof for 15 minutes and spent 20 minutes working in total, for which 2 hours of labor were charged. I didn't look closely when I signed the receipt (had to rush to work). Utrecht -> Zeist doesn't seem like the longest drive to me. I can't judge whether the work was done well; I wouldn't dare go up on the roof myself, but the invoices are certainly very creative. Stupid, my own fault, but keep that in mind if you call these people.

I'm usually cautious with my judgment because much depends on the circumstances of the case. But as a consumer, you should be able to trust the expertise and transparency of the company performing or having the work performed. I wasn't convinced on either factor. Pay particular attention to the way the time (which is billed) is calculated. They don't respond, or don't respond fully, to complaints about the employee, working methods, and the work performed. Everything will soon be re-inspected and repaired by another plumbing company.

The kitchen faucet and leak in the underfloor kitchen drain were replaced/repaired effectively. Friendly service, professional workmanship.
