Unreliable service. Scheduled a standard service appointment, and at the end of the appointment, they said he'd have to come by this week to replace a sensor. I didn't hear anything for three weeks, and then received a call asking if I'd pay the invoice and he'd return in a few days. I explained that I expected all maintenance to be completed before the invoice was paid. I didn't hear anything back, and now I've received reminders from the administration explaining that they don't trust the invoice to be paid if I don't pay the first one and that the sensor isn't listed. In other words: we're leaving you with half-finished maintenance and two appointments we didn't keep, but we expect to be paid in advance for the hours we wrote down. I paid the invoice and called in another company that could finish it.
