They came to repair a drainpipe after the neighbors reported it to the housing association. The men from this company indicated that the last post of my garden gate needed to be removed. I told them that was fine as long as it was put back the way it was. Later, they said that wasn't possible, but that screwing the post to the wall without a post holder was also an option. I thought that was a good solution. I can also imagine that they don't have the tools with them to put a post holder back in the ground. But drilling two holes in the wall would be fine, since they could also unscrew my gate. They later casually stated that they wouldn't be fixing it. So, you take something off and leave it like that, and now the gate is still loose on one side... They had tools with them, but were too lazy to clean them up. I understand that installing garden gates isn't your job, but if you take it off yourself, you should fix it. Whether you do it yourself or report it to the housing association (your client) so they can fix it, it doesn't matter. You solve one problem, but you create another. Easy money that way...

Worthless company. Requested multiple times to provide a quote and availability for a small job. Doesn't respond at all, not even a confirmation of receipt and/or notification of busyness. Sending an email is a small effort...

I've made three appointments for a leaking gutter. I never showed up. I spoke with Wim a week ago to find out what was wrong. He said he was sorry, said he'd look into it right away, and call back immediately. Even that didn't happen.
