We are extremely satisfied with Rob the Plumber's work. Our bathtub had a nasty leak, which made it virtually impossible to use. Rob expertly located and resolved this problem, so we can now enjoy our bathtub again, worry-free. What particularly struck us was Rob's workmanship: very neat, meticulous, and with an eye for detail. He leaves everything clean and tidy, as if he'd never been there, except that the problem has been perfectly resolved. Furthermore, the price was more than reasonable and absolutely fair for the quality he delivers. The aftercare also deserves a huge compliment. He finished the small hole on the outside that was needed to access and fix the leak, free of charge and with the utmost care. This demonstrates his genuine commitment to his work and his customers. Rob is not only a professional but also a pleasant person to work with: friendly, sincere, and reliable. You can tell he carries out his work with passion and integrity. We can therefore wholeheartedly recommend Rob the Plumber to anyone looking for a skilled and reliable plumber.

Rob is a friendly, honest, and skilled plumber who quickly solved our problem with a leak in the underfloor heating. The price he charges is very fair, and he even helped out for free with a poorly positioned roof tile. Someone you can trust! Highly recommended!

Rob's aftercare deserves more attention. That's why I'm giving him 3 stars instead of 5 (because he did an excellent job!). And here's why: Rob only wants to contact his clients via email or WhatsApp. I sent an email on February 2, 2021, a reminder on February 18, 2021, a WhatsApp message on March 1, 2021, and finally another email on March 4, 2021. The last one was "How do we get you moving?" Only then did he respond for the first time... The problem (a loose toilet) was finally resolved on March 9, 2021. "I'm very busy" was Rob's only excuse. But to simply not contact you between February 2 and March 4... I find that unprofessional and is reason enough for me not to use Rob again. Unfortunately!
