My parents had a problem under the floorboards. They called on Wednesday, and they came to look on Wednesday and fix it on Friday! Great guys, thanks! 💪👍

Extremely bad! They don't respond to calls or emails. They say they'll call you back later, but they never do! And they just leave you hanging! Even if you call a few times and they say, "Yes, I'll report it," nothing happens! If I hadn't called another company myself, we would still be stuck with a leak three months later!

I called this company twice because I had a problem with my boiler and hot water system. I was promised a call back. Well, absolutely nothing. No one called me. Then I called again. But no response. Still nothing. They just left me hanging for three weeks. What abominable, hopeless, worthless service. Absolutely no service! My advice: don't contact this company; they do nothing and don't keep their promises!

After having to call three times to schedule an appointment for the boiler and the blockage, someone finally showed up. The boiler had been serviced, but the blockage didn't work. They were supposed to call me that afternoon for a follow-up appointment... well, that didn't work! Leaving people stuck with a massive blockage in their bathroom on a Friday afternoon is just not right. I've since fixed it myself, but I don't want to use this company's services anymore.

The technicians were friendly and helpful. But their cost management was far from satisfactory. The invoice was late and a huge surprise. They arrived unannounced with two technicians, who were both billed for the full hour, even though they finished in less than half an hour. When I inquired about the invoice, I received one response along the lines of "deal with it," but my follow-up questions remained silent. Not recommended.
